We want you to love your denim as much as we do, so if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must have original tags attached and be in their original, unwashed condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Denim
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original Lois Jeans tags are still attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
